New Book: Yoni Codes

Reclaim the Power to Heal
Yesterday I had the privilege of celebrating the launch of my new book Yoni Codes: Reclaim the Power to Heal in the most wonderful way. Over thirty women gathered together in Sydney around a rose and crystal mandala that we created as the centrepiece of our circle — an intricate design of petals, quartz and candlelight that created sacred space as we spoke and shared. What moved me most deeply was not only the beauty of the setting, but the conversations that unfolded throughout the afternoon; again and again, women spoke of how much we need spaces where we can gather without judgment, where we can listen and be listened to, and where our healing journeys can be witnessed and held. The sense of connection was profound, and I left the gathering with the feeling that the book had been launched not just into the world but into a community that understands why it matters.
A Book Born from the Heart
This book is, in many ways, the most personal of all the projects I have worked on over the years. It is not a manual or a guidebook in the usual sense, but a weaving of goddess archetypes, personal stories, and practical tools, all placed side by side in a way that I hope will feel like an invitation rather than an instruction. Some women will find themselves drawn to the fierce and protective energy of Kali, whose presence gives us strength to create boundaries and to say no when we need to. Others may find resonance in the gentler presence of saints and mystics such as Teresa of Ávila, whose lives embody surrender, devotion, and the possibility of transformation through love. My hope is that in these pages each reader will find a reflection that speaks to her own path, and a reminder that our healing, though personal, is always part of a greater tapestry.
Written Without AI
One important detail about this book is that it was written entirely without the help of artificial intelligence. These days I use AI regularly in my business — it is a tool I value and it has made many parts of my working life easier. But Yoni Codes was two years in the making, and I completed the manuscript just before I discovered ChatGPT. In hindsight I see that as a kind of grace, because if I had known about the technology earlier I might have been tempted to let it smooth and polish the rough edges for me, simply because, like so many women, I am constantly juggling time. Instead every single word in the book came directly from my own heart and mind, unfiltered by machines.
At the launch a dear friend of mine, who is also a gifted musician, told me that books written before AI will one day be like vinyl records — precious because they carry an energy that is impossible to reproduce once machines become part of the creative process. That thought has stayed with me, and I am grateful that this book has that quality, because it feels important that it does.
Already Reaching Readers
To my amazement the book has already found its way into many hands. Within days of release it reached number one in Amazon’s Ayurveda category and began trending in Positive Psychology as well. I never imagined that would happen, because I honestly thought this book was too much of a passion project to have wide appeal. I wrote it not with the hope of commercial success but because it felt like something I had to put into the world, even if only a few women ever read it. To see it climb the charts and to hear the responses from early readers has been both humbling and exhilarating, and I feel deeply grateful that women seem to understand and connect with what I was trying to say.

A Request
If you do take the time to read it, one of the most supportive things you could do for me is to leave a review on Amazon. Reviews are incredibly important for authors, especially in the weeks after a book first comes out, and they make a huge difference to how the book is seen and shared. You don’t need to have purchased the book directly from Amazon in order to write a review, so if you feel moved, I would be very grateful if you could add your voice there.
This book is not for everyone, and I never intended it to be, but it is for those who feel ready to explore the sometimes uncomfortable terrain of healing in the feminine. It is for those who long for deeper understanding, for new ways to connect, and for the courage to reclaim power where it has been lost. It has been written with honesty, vulnerability and a great deal of love, and if you find yourself holding it, my hope is that it will serve as a companion on your own path of remembering and renewal.
