My name is Katie Rose.
I am an
 ayurveda lifestyle educator and yoga teacher.

I work with heart-centred women to deepen their spiritual practices so they can live and share yogic teachings from a place of wise love.  I've been sharing this work for over 25 years.

Ayurveda is the 'sister science' to yoga and India's traditional natural wellness system. In this comprehensive online training for women of all ages we will take a deep dive into the world of ayurveda as it applies to busy, modern lives. With the certification you gain you’ll also be able to share these teachings with your students and clients as an Ayurveda Lifestyle Educator.

Bhakti Women Online Yoga Summit
