Discover your inner gold with
Bhakti Rose this year...
A message from Katie: it has literally taken me years of mulling it over to start offering my work online. 2020 is the year I'm getting serious about reaching more people with the power of ayurveda, birthwork and yoga through the magic of the internet. I used to be cynical about a screen as a learning environment but technology has come so far I have now experienced for myself the amazing capacity for collaboration, communication and community through online portals.
If you like my work and you want to go deeper with me the first offering I'll be launching is in February and it's a comprehensive women's training in Ayurveda. This is a body of work you won't find elsewhere covering my spin on classic topics such as food and wellness as well as less conventional territory such as menstrual health, yoni steaming, healing from sexual trauma, miscarriage or abortion and living in your power as a woman. Join us!
Begins 14th February 2020
Bhakti Rose is launching a comprehensive and complete online Ayurveda Goddess Training for women of all ages starting in February 2020.
This training is part sacred immersion into the teachings (practice) and part information gathering and lecture format (education). You will be refreshed, re-balanced and ready to share what you have absorbed. A comprehensive hard copy workbook is included, as well as a set of Japa Mala beads which we mail out to each participant. Please join us, we are beyond excited to watch this community grow and flourish. These teachings really do have the power to help us get comfortable in the madness. We've experienced it ourselves here at Bhakti Rose and seen transformation in so many of our students. We have so much to share.

In addition, you’ll get recipes, playlists, books, quotes and poems, all woven around our monthly theme and carefully selected and gracefully presented by us for you.
Self-care is the act of creating a life you don’t need to run away from. Rather than adding ‘treats’ into your life in reaction to the parts you do under sufferance, the project becomes one of designing a life you want to live. What changes could you make to create a life you love?
