Yoni Codes: an online program for women who feel disconnected from the sacred essence of their womanhood and want to activate deep healing.

Yoni - the Power Portal
Yoni is a Sanskrit word that really doesn’t translate very well into English. It means vagina and womb. It also means sacred portal or nest and is the container for the spark or seed in which life is created. Sanskrit is a language of poetry and philosophy. Compare this to English which is a transactional language with its roots in trade and commerce where the words we use are often functional and focused on anatomy only.
The yogic tradition knows differently. Your yoni is the portal to your power.
Many, many women throughout time have been violated on some level by men or the patriarchy in general. This could be verbal, energetic, and of course physical.
The #metoo movement taught us that most women have experienced more than one situation in their lives where they have felt unsafe or where they have been directly abused sexually.
It’s time for us to reclaim the power of our yoni energy.
If I gave you a magic wand ...
... and told you it’s good for healing two or three areas of yourself instantly what would you do with it?
What needs healing right now?
Maybe you’ve got some toxic patterns in relationships. Perhaps you’re battling an addiction. You might wish to get on top of your health, weight, fitness, spiritual practice, confidence.
Whatever the area you’re working on (or not!) something is calling you to want to heal. Perhaps you’re just so sick of your own stuckness or anger or jealousy or dissatisfaction that it’s time to change.
I’ve been a yoga teacher and practitioner for nearly 30 years and I would say there are two main things I’ve developed through this dedication to spiritual practice.
1) Capacity to handle pain and suffering while staying open-hearted and connected to gratitude and joy.
2) A deeper and deeper connection to a Higher Power / God.
If I reflect honestly on my own spiritual journey I know that over time I have learned to heal myself. At home. On a low-budget. With kids around. Whilst busy and overwhelmed and overcommitted. I have worked mostly with tendencies towards being over-controlling, co-dependent, worried about money and somewhat judgemental (of myself and others).
In a world where every Instagram post or ‘alternative practitioner’ wants to sell us something that costs hundreds or thousands of dollars I’ve become really curious about what would happen if we focused on healing at home with simple rituals, journaling and ancient self-help practices. After all, the ancient yogis didn’t have any special equipment or expensive supplements, they mostly lived in caves or forest retreats, and were often alone.
What I share with you in Yoni Codes are over 30 ‘do them at home‘ protocols you can try. We cover practices like abhyanga (ayurvedic self massage), yoni steaming and somatic release movement.
I’ve tried to keep away from the obvious ‘go for a walk’ or ‘take some deep breaths’ ideas and instead offer suggestions you might not have thought of or done before.
Apart from saving money these ‘at home’ practices are powerful because they save time (great for mums) and are less confronting if you don’t feel ready to go and see a therapist or aren’t ready to talk about what you are going through.
The ideas I share with you here could be a stepping stone to seeking external help as well as a supplementary option for whatever else you are doing to heal.
The two biggest reasons women in my community tell me they can’t develop or start a spiritual practice / healing journey are time and money. This training is the antidote to those barriers.
You might have multiple issues you want to focus on. My promise to you is that you’ll find support and strategy and practical advice in this offering.
Sign Me UpYoni Codes could be more powerful than traditional talk therapy when it comes to healing your relationship to your femininity (here’s why)
→ Talk therapy brings you more into your head (let’s be honest, you already live there).
→ If you’re like many of the women I work with, over-analysing is your default. Your next level of healing isn’t cerebral…it will come from descending into your body.
→ The teachings inside Yoni Codes - in a gentle and non-invasive way - will awaken the prana of the temple of your womb.
The ancient yogic scriptures and tantric texts describe this prana as a coiled snake that lives in the womb space beginning to wake up.
That snake is kundalini.
The patriarchy and mistreatment of women means that for many women kundalini energy remains dormant for your whole life. And despite what you might think…
This has nothing to do with how much 'action' you’re getting (or not) in the bedroom.
It’s about how comfortable you are in your body and how present you are to the miracle that is being a woman.
If you’re reading this and thinking:
“Miracle?! What is she talking about?"
Perhaps you enjoy some aspects of womanhood … but others, like say menstruation feel more like a curse than a blessing … then Yoni Codes, is for you.
In this 7-session experience I will guide you into the innate essence of your womanhood to unlock your feminine joy and magnetism.

Together in this training we will:
♥ Practice blue sky meditation and find liminal space (time to daydream).
♥ Feel into and honour your womb space as sacred and your monthly bleed (if you have one) as a portal of awareness.
♥ Rebuild your aura from previous sexual encounters that left you feeling violated or ‘icky’.
♥ Practice glowing heart meditations for emotional connection (if you are sexually active you can use this with your partner and they don't even need to know about it).
♥ Get into music and movement as methods of self-care and healing.
♥ Learn about sitzing, smoking and sunning your vagina.
♥ Care for your breasts and underarms (and nourish your energetic arc line).
♥ Organise your devotionals (creating sacred space and collecting the tools of healing).
♥ Practice golden thread and ancestral connection work.
♥ Craft, paint, write, read and make.
You will be given all the tools and resources to do these practices in your own time, in your own home, without the use of any expensive equipment or tools. This is grassroots healing.
The training is jam packed with ideas of practices for transformation. You don’t need to do all of them at once (or at all). The whole point is to give you a treasure-chest of healing tools that you can call on whenever you need them, like trusted friends. If you are a practitioner, coach or space-holder of any kind you’ll be able to use these tools with clients and community members too.

I have learnt so much about these traditions and their practical application from Katie, and in the process, learnt so much about myself. - Chrissy

"Your womb is sentient. Your womb is not just an organ, it's a portal. And that portal connects you to the Most High. Start by establishing a relationship with it because most of us aren't told that we have sentient wombs, that have feelings of their own, Your womb feels, just like how the heart may feel on its own. Or the mind may have its own thought process. So does the womb, and I think every organ does as well. But there is an infinite amount of knowledge your womb encapsulates. So being able to connect with that is the biggest thing. Also I would also say please get into your yoga practice because that's one of the biggest and greatest things you can do for your womb space connection too." - @estaruniverse

Come with an open mind and heart ...
I ask that you come into this training ready to work with an open mind and heart. To heal not just your own trauma and challenges but that of your ancestors. As women when we heal the ripple effect is felt by so many; our partners, friends, children, parents, work colleagues and communities.
We do this work not just for ourselves but for everyone. When we work with the Goddess Archetypes there are different energies to draw from. For example a woman who has been violated and doesn’t have strong boundaries may find it hard to say ‘no’. For this woman the fierce and dynamic ‘don’t mess with me’ energy of Kali will serve her well. For another woman who has been living for a long time in a masculine energy of fighting and attack the more gentle and mystical energy of St Teresa of Avilia may appeal because it embodies the softening this woman desires.

Yoni Codes isn’t just a group program. It’s a group spell …
As women our energy comes together to make magic, all focused on one specific intention.
Healing and connecting to our womanhood.
To activate your divine feminine energy you first have to de-activate the trauma codes, the less-than codes and the power-over codes that so many of us hold in our auric field as a result of being mis-treated.
Take a moment to imagine moving through life with deep confidence. Where ‘yes’ is a full bodied experience of excitement and joy (whatever you happen to be saying ‘yes’ to) and ‘no’ is a loving boundary that is received with clarity and accepted every time.
Picture yourself as healed. Complete. Devoted to the Divine. Standing in the centre of your own womanhood and surrounded by sisters on the same path.
This is the work of Yoni Codes and we’re going to do it together.
