The Patterns Beneath the Patterns
A three-session immersion exploring the deeper relational patterns that shape how we love, relate, and respond.
with Yoga Teacher & Writer Katie Rose
and
Global Channel & Intuitive Healer Sarah McGahan
We are delighted to welcome back long-term collaborator Sarah McGahan for a focused three-session immersion into what your relationships are truly here to teach you.
Relationships are not accidental or random. Whether they show up as family, friends, colleagues, or intimate partners, every relationship holds up a mirror to your inner world. They reveal blind spots, unspoken expectations, and the parts of you that are still asking to be seen. They also reveal your capacity for devotion, clarity, and love.
It could even be said that the quality of our relationships reflects the quality of our spiritual practice and our alignment with Source.
When we are reactive, entangled, or repeating familiar dynamics, something within us is asking for attention. When we are clear and open-hearted, our relationships become places of strength rather than strain.
Sarah brings years of deep, precise healing to this work, and together we will create a container that is both grounded and transformative.
If you have ever found yourself repeating the same dynamic in different forms (feeling misunderstood, over-giving, or over-defending) this immersion is designed to help you see those patterns more clearly and begin the work of shifting them.
A Note from Katie Rose
I am genuinely excited to be welcoming Sarah McGahan back into this space.
I was first introduced to Sarah six years ago, at the very beginning of a divorce, when many of my assumptions about partnership, identity, and safety were unravelling. Since then, she has supported me immeasurably, particularly in the realm of intimate relationships. I am naturally discerning (even sceptical!) about anything labelled 'healing'. Sarah is the real deal. Her work is precise without being clinical, compassionate without being indulgent and powerful without being performative. She has an extraordinary ability to see the pattern beneath the pattern.
If you are unsure whether this kind of work can truly translate online, I understand. I wondered the same. And yet I have consistently seen how much can shift when the container is held well.
Come with an open mind and a willingness to look honestly at the relational patterns you carry. You'll be suprised at what can heal and clear.
