When you join me in this training you will get much more than a set of guidelines or teachings. You’ll get a healing circle space that I’m pouring 25 years of experience into holding for us.

It’s a challenging time on the planet. My heart is breaking for our Indigenous sisters and communities and for the wars that are ripping through our world.

So often I’m left with the feeling, what can I do?

I come back to my own heart. My family and home. I pray 'may everything that I do in my home and my heart elevate everything I do in the world outside.' 

This four weeks will drop you back into grace.

We meet on zoom for four sessions with guided home practice in-between.

Sydney time zone. Recordings will be made available if you can't attend a particular session but the true magic is in being in circle live. 

You will also receive an exclusive workbook (created just for this portal) and pre-recorded audio teachings to support your home practice journey. 

This work is an expression of my own personal practice over the last few years and as such feels like a deeply intimate sharing.
