Namaste, I'm Katie Rose..
I'm the founder of Bhakti Rose and a teacher of ayurveda and yoga for over 25 years. I’ve owned and run yoga studios all over the world and spent many years studying in India, the UK, America and Australia. I’ve had the honour and blessing of learning with some of the best ayurveda teachers in the world and from some of the strongest, most authentic lineages.
Goddess Codes is a collection of my most potent teachings from the last couple of years. It's the work I've had the most consistent and positive feedback on and I can confidently say the material in this offering has been life changing for many women.
What if having a spiritual practice and staying on top of your never ending obligations and responsibilities was possible?
You can have and be it all. I know because I am a mother of five, the sole bread-winner in my home and a dedicated practitioner of yoga and ayurveda. I have had to work very hard to get to this place of balance and equanimity, and I've done it by calling on the support of the Divine.
