The intention of this free training is simple ...Â
Let's reclaim your everyday life as sacred. Ayurveda teaches us that the way we move through our mornings, afternoons, and evenings has a profound impact on our energy, health, and joy. Small shifts in rhythm, when done consistently, can transform how we feel and how we show up for ourselves, our families, and our communities.
In this program, we explore the wisdom of daily habits (dinacharya) in a way that is authentic to tradition but also adaptable to our modern lives. Together weâll look at practical tools and weâll also explore how devotion turns the mundane into the magical, making our ordinary routines feel inspired and alive.
Daily Habits Magic is designed to support you in overcoming some of the struggles so many of us face:
-
Feeling overwhelmed by busyness or chaos in the home.
-
Struggling with low energy, poor digestion, or restless sleep.
-
Guilt about not doing âenoughâ or struggling to stay consistent with self-care.
-
A sense of disconnection â from nature, from spirit, and sometimes from yourself.
The benefits of working with these teachings are subtle and powerful:
-
A calmer, steadier rhythm that supports digestion, sleep, and vitality.
-
More energy and clarity to focus on what matters most.
-
Stronger boundaries around technology and distractions.
-
A sense of reverence in the everyday, where even small acts like cooking, tidying, or lighting a candle become devotional offerings.
The aim is not perfection â it is to find what feels doable for you, and to practice it with consistency and care. Through Daily Habits Magic, youâll discover how ancient wisdom can meet your modern life.

Daily Habits Magic will not be what you think. Yes, Iâll share with you all the things you might have already heard before such as tongue-scraping and enjoying a warm glass of water when you wake up. But weâll also talk about how to navigate the modern world and still align with the teachings of ayurveda and yogic practice (sadhana) ⌠like what to do with your pesky mobile phone addiction and how to actually get a good nightâs sleep whilst navigating young children or an over full workload.
This is the magic of conscious daily spiritual practice.
Ayurveda has important teachings to share on:
- Gut health support isnât all about changes to diet. How you think and when you eat could make the most profound difference to your digestion on all levels.
- The thoughtful positioning of auspicious objects (pretty things that you love) around your home in certain placements impacts the energy flow in your life. The ancient art of Vastu (similar to Feng Shui) is closely connected to ayurveda.
- Washing your hands, combing your hair and tidying your home all have specific places in ayurvedic protocol, each of which impacts feelings of ease and balance in your day if curated correctly.
- Nature as healer. Ayurveda integrates a person into the universe. When a person is feeling hopeless or depressed Ayurveda prescribes putting them in nature and encouraging spending time observing natureâs lessons of balance and awesome unapologetic power and magnetism.
- Particular times of day for lovemaking (it might surprise you!) that could help spark your libido and enjoyment of sensuality.
- Greeting the sun as it rises to stimulate the ajna chakra (third eye) and support intuition (this is also mentioned in Patanjaliâs Yoga Sutra).
Let me shed some light in a way that will feel manageable and inspiring. What is profound about these teachings is they are ancient. I didnât invent them myself and theyâre not ânew ageâ. They have worked for millions of people over thousands of years. Youâre stepping into a powerful lineage as you embrace this way of being even with just a few tweaks to your daily routines and habits.
I promise not to leave you overwhelmed and feeling like there is just more stuff youâre meant to be doing for so called self-care but never getting around to (hello very unhelpful feelings of failure and guilt). Letâs do this together. Jump in for free.

About Katie Rose
Katie Rose has been immersed in the wisdom of Ayurveda for nearly 30 years, studying in the authentic lineage of the Wise Earth School of Ayurveda. As a working mother of five, she has learnt the art of weaving ancient teachings into busy modern life. Katieâs approach is grounded, practical, and deeply human â shaped by years of planning meals between school runs, struggling to give up coffee and turning daily routines into moments of sacred care. Her students are drawn to the way she makes Ayurveda not just something you learn, but something you live â even when life is full and the to-do list is long.Â
What women say about learning from Katie ...

My Ayurvedic Goddess journey has transformed my life, understanding my dosha and how to recognise and make changes to any imbalances to my lifestyle. My daily rituals support myself throughout the day, starting with a strong foundation, waking up before 6am each day going to bed before 10pm. Learning what I need to nourish myself, being Kapha dominated I have learnt to add a fire to my belly not only in food, but also in my yoga.
