MODULE 1

Daily Habits Magic

This module will not be what you expect. Yes, we’ll cover simple routines you may have heard before, like tongue scraping or beginning the day with warm water, but we’ll go much deeper. You’ll learn how to navigate modern challenges — phone addiction, sleepless nights with young children, the overwhelm of heavy workloads — while still aligning with Ayurveda and yogic sadhana.

We’ll explore how everyday choices shape your wellbeing: from digestion and energy flow in your home, to reconnecting with nature, honouring sacred rhythms, and even surprising insights on sleep, sensuality, and intuition. These practices are ancient, powerful, and time-tested — not “new age” but part of a lineage that has served seekers for thousands of years.

The goal is not to burden you with endless self-care tasks, but to show how small, inspired shifts can transform your days into something both practical and magical.

MODULE 2

Productivity and Planning

Turn your limited time into real progress. If you’ve ever sat down to work and ended up lost in distractions, paralysed about where to start, or guilty for not being more disciplined — this module is for you.

You’ll learn how to create a clear, practical plan for your next steps and how to manage your time and energy so that the hours you do have really count. We’ll explore strategies to break free from procrastination without burning out, leaving you with more space for creativity, joy, and meaningful work.

Although this training is especially powerful for self-employed yoga teachers and business owners, the tools are universal. They’ll support you in the workplace, at home, and in planning for the life you want to create.

MODULE 3

Reflection and Intention Setting

In this module we’ll pause to look back and look forward. First, a two-hour guided reflection will help you uncover the lessons hidden in past successes and challenges, so you can see clearly what has shaped your journey so far. Then, in a second two-hour session, we’ll shift into visioning and goal-setting — a practical yet powerful approach to planning the future.

Here we draw on the teaching yatha drishti tatha srishti — “as is your vision, so is your creation.” The way you see yourself and your life shapes what you build next. You’ll leave with clarity, alignment, and a vision you can act upon with confidence. This is where reflection becomes manifestation.

This module also includes a Masterclass with Katie Rose on the subject of time from a yogic perspective. 

MODULE 4

Guest Teacher Sessions

This module features two extraordinary guest teachers offering bespoke teachings created specifically for Bhakti Rose.

Kaya Mindlin will explore time through the lens of jyotish and yoga philosophy, showing how cosmic rhythms and ancient wisdom can guide your choices and bring more harmony into your days.

Elena Brower will share a pragmatic, practical approach focused on calendar scheduling and planning. As someone who runs a thriving yoga business empire with calm serenity, Elena will show you how to structure your time in ways that create balance, space, and sustainability.

About Katie Rose

Time has always been one of my greatest teachers. As a mother of five children, an entrepreneur running multiple businesses, and a yoga and Ayurveda practitioner for over three decades, I’ve had to become deeply intentional about how I use every moment. From school drop-offs to writing books, from leading retreats to building Bhakti Rose, my life has been full — and the only way I’ve been able to hold it all is by respecting time as both a practical resource and a spiritual guide.

For me, time management has never just been about productivity. It’s been about honouring the sacredness of this human life and ensuring that my hours are spent in alignment with what truly matters: family, community, creativity, and devotion. I am a master of multi-tasking and productivity. My desk is in the heart of our home; I often cook, parent, and create simultaneously. Over the years I’ve discovered that time doesn’t need to feel like an enemy. It can be a container for growth, joy, and service.

Creating Yoga of Time is my way of sharing this lived experience. The tools and teachings you’ll find here are the very ones that have allowed me to build a flourishing business, be present with my children, and stay anchored in spiritual practice.
