Practical and Reflective
In the Yogic and Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) traditions, time is a living intelligence, something to be honoured and respected. Time is sometimes referred to as the Goddess herself, and yet we give it such a hard rap. We're constantly chasing time, running out of time, feeling a lack of time and the burden of 'not enough'.Ā
In this free one-hour session, Kaya Mindlin and Katie Rose will explore time through the lens of Vedic Astrology and Yoga Philosophy, showing how cosmic rhythms and ancient wisdom can guide our choices and bring more harmony into our days.
This is a philosophical session grounded in lineage teachings that have supported seekers for thousands of years, and offered in a way that speaks directly to modern life.
What We’ll Explore Together
In Sacred Time with Kaya, we’ll reflect on:
-
Time as understood through Jyotish (cycles, rhythm, and cosmic order)
-
Yogic perspectives on time and how they shape the way we live
-
How ancient wisdom can help us make clearer choices in a busy world
-
What it means to honour time as sacred, rather than something we’re always running out of
This session is about is about using time wisely, in a way that offers a differentĀ perspective and suggests we can learn to see time differently.
