I highly encourage you to follow Katie Rose and take her up on some of her insightful offerings. She is a yoga and Ayurvedic teacher who has a strong foundation in women's work. Today, I heard her say that we can make our own ceremony for healing and that felt so EMPOWERING! So, today, I've taken thread of all that I have learnt recently and tried a yoni steam, followed by a yoni smoking. I included breath and intention, ceremony and symbolism in my practice today. I could feel the shakti awakening with the warming under my skirt and the breath moving her through my body. I now set an intention to continue this practice flow of my moon cycle and the moon cycle of the Earth.
