About Katie Rose

Katie Rose is the founder of Bhakti Rose, a long-time yoga and Ayurveda practitioner, author, teacher, and mother of five. Her work sits at the intersection of lived devotion and practical application, supporting women to weave ancient wisdom into the realities of modern life.

Time has been one of Katie’s great teachers. Holding family life, creative work, and business together has required a deep respect for time not only as a practical resource, but as something sacred. 

It is a true honour and privilege for Katie to be in conversation with Kaya (whom she considers a dear and cherished teacher) for this offering. We are deeply grateful that Kaya has so generously offered her precious time for this free teaching, a gift not to be missed.
